About the file uploader:
- 99% of the time, your files will get to us no problem but if something goes wrong, we’ll let you know (as long as you give us your email or phone number)
- We usually need 2 business days to get photo and art paper prints ready but sometimes we can get them faster – just let us know when you’d like them.
- Specialty prints take longer – Canvas takes about a week, Metal takes about 2 weeks.
- Because of the large volume of uploads we receive, we can’t always contact you to let you know that your print is ready.
- We will contact you by email or phone if there are any problems or we have any questions about your upload.
More stuff:
- In the “Optional Message” field please include any information applicable to the file(s) you are sending. But don’t worry, we’ll still get the upload if you don’t include anything in that field.
- Quite often when we send emails we end up in your Junk Mail or Spam folder so please check there if you’re expecting an email from us.
